Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
4 cl Libertalia Gin
3 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup (alternatively dissolve some brown cane sugar in a little water)
1 slice of lemon
Soda water
Crushed Eis
Preparation:
Pour juice, gin and syrup into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with crushed ice. Then shake vigorously, pour into a highball glass and fill up with soda water according to taste. Best still serve with a nice slice of lemon.
